Closed moulding techniques enable much closer tolerances on the thickness of a moulding and also a more accurate resin to glass ratio, making the products properties i.e. tensile strength, water resistance and weather resistance, etc far greater than conventional Moulding techniques. When developing new parts we chose from a variety of fiber reinforcements and resin systems.

• Vacuum assisted Moulding (The Prestovac System) - using the Prestovac Closed Mould System, we can produce very high quality mouldings with a uniform thickness. Excellent finish both inside and outside with strength and colour to suit the customer's requirement. Quantities ranging from tens to thousands can be supplied using this system. Some moulds, still being used, have produced over 5000 units.
